Prosell's Mystery Shopping programmes use the following methodology:

  • Agree the programme objectives. What do you feel is the business issue?
  • Agree the key-performance indicators in order to design a best practice model. Simply, 'what does good look like?
  • Liaison with key stakeholders such as trade unions and assistance with internal communication strategies to inform and often reassure employees
  • Agree the programme details e.g. number of visits and geographic locations
  • Issue a detailed report on the actual observed performance against the initial objectives and recommendations on areas considered to require further development
