Prosell employs over 100 people, both in Australia and in the UK. Our people work hard across both Europe and Australasia, helping people to be better at selling, giving customer service and managing others.

The day-to-day running of Prosell is delegated to an executive board. The board also agrees overall strategy and organisational objectives.

Simon Morden

Simon Morden

Simon Morden is Chairman of Prosell. He is responsible for strategy, business development, alliance development, financial management and liaison with Prosell Australia. Simon joined Prosell in 1985 as a Senior Partner and was named Chairman in 2001. Prior to joining Prosell, he worked in Xerox sales in 1980, becoming Xerox Sales and Service Manager and Training Manager in 1983. He was named Sales Manager in 1984 and left to join Principal Office Systems that year before joining Prosell. At Prosell, Simon's focus has been on working with his co-partners and directors on developing a training company focused on delivering a return on investment. In order to change behaviour and make an impact on results, Prosell decided that awareness was not sufficient and that the learning must be taken into the workplace. Simon Morden holds a BSC Honours in Business and Politics. He enjoys theatre, cinema, art, rugby, football and cricket and is married with two children.

Guy Sellwood

Guy Sellwood

Guy Sellwood is Managing Director of Prosell. He is responsible for strategic direction with a core focus on growing the Pharmaceutical and IT & Telco parts of the business. Guy joined Prosell in 1992 as an Investors in People consultant. He moved into account management in 1995, became a director in 1998 and Managing Director in 2000. Prior to joining Prosell, Guy worked for the Health Service as a Health Education officer for 5 years, developing health related policies for organisations, with a primary focus on Coronary Heart Disease prevention and HIV and Aids prevention and awareness. Guy then moved into IT systems sales for three years, working for two IBM reseller organisations selling IBM midrange systems into the public sector, primarily in the healthcare market. He enjoys mountain biking and running and was coach to the Great Britain Women's Wild Water Canoe Racing Team from 1991 to 1996, achieving two bronze medals at the 1995 World Championships. During this time, he himself represented Great Britain at Wild Water racing from 1986 to 1991 and was ranked 24 in the world in 1989. Guy Sellwood holds an honours degree in Physical Education and Social Biology and is married with three children.

Peter Fullbrook

Peter Fullbrook

Peter Fullbrook is the founder of Prosell UK and Chief Executive of Prosell Australia.
He is responsible for all strategic decision-making and business development and the liaison with Prosell UK. Peter founded Prosell in 1985 and launched Prosell Australia in 1997.
Prior to founding Prosell, Peter worked at Rank Xerox (UK) Ltd, holding a number of senior sales and training roles including responsibility for the development of 4000 of the organisations employees. After 6 years, Peter left Xerox to establish his own training and development organisation and quickly attracted blue-chip clients such as Dell, British Airways and BT. Peter holds a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics, a MITD in training design and delivery and has two children.
