Programme Outline

This one-day interactive workshop is designed to provide 18-24 year old job seekers with a view of the different paths into work and techniques to prepare for and succeed at interview. The main focus of the day is on recognizing your skills, understanding how to get an interview and then give yourself an edge when you meet a potential employer

Who Should Attend?

Anyone who is wondering what to do in terms of choice of jobs, wanting to understand what happens at work and what different roles actually involve. The course helps individuals identify personal strengths and skill sets and to prepare for and undertake job searches and interviews. It is specifically designed for a those in the 18-24 age range and is led by coaches with specific expertise in these areas.

  • Be able to make a pitch that explains in 3 minutes why they are right for a job
  • Know how interviews are structured and run
  • Understand how to answer core interview questions
  • Be able to ask for the job
