How We Can Help You:

Prohr has extensive experience of working with individuals through our personal career coaching services. Many of the people we have worked with have been looking to improve their personal career prospects, make a change in role direction or re-start work after either a career or maternity break or following redundancy. We are an organisation founded on performance improvement and helping individuals achieve better results. We will work with you to reach the goals you wish to realise.

What's Included?

The content of the 1:1 sessions can be agreed by you directly with the coach you will work with. Content can range from areas such as improving personal impact skills, developing confidence through to advanced interview processes and techniques. These would normally be a series of linked events for example a general session on overall career aspirations linked to a career planning tool, followed by specific help on the development of your CV and covering letters, job search approaches and interview preparation.

Additional Resources:

In addition to meeting with your coach on a face to face basis we can also offer web based support as part of your personal programme and the opportunity to add further telephone based content to help with those spur of the moment and last minute questions and needs.
