Fully funded training to help people get back to work
The UK Government through the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) and the European Union Social Fund (EU) have
made grants available in different regions of the UK to provide fully funded training for employees who have been
placed at risk of redundancy or whose positions have recently been made redundant.
Prosell's Human Resource Division Prohr are working in partnership with South London Business to provide the required services across the London Boroughs of Richmond-upon Thames, Kingston, Merton, Sutton, Croydon, Greenwich, Lewisham, Bexley and Bromley.
Our Response to Redundancy programme provides advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to help people
get back to work. This involves the following:
- An initial on-line screening and consultation to assess needs
- The ‘Getting back to Work’ two day training course
- Job specific training dependant upon existing skills and ambitions
- Customised training for people seeking work in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management.
All our training courses are delivered in local venues making access easy and convenient. Programmes are run with groups of between 6-12 people allowing for networking and sharing of
experience. Prohr are also able to refer delegates to other training programmes in the South London area that
may be suitable to their needs.
