Simon Morden


I have been with Prosell for a long time! In fact, I joined as a co-owner in 1985 and became Chairman and Chief Executive in 2001. I get very involved with client projects, designing programmes and working with our clients’ senior teams, as well as looking after the company.

Before Prosell, I worked in Xerox in both field and contact centre roles, becoming Xerox Training Manager in 1982, then UK Southern Sales Manager in 1984 running direct and indirect sales and service channel teams. 

I really love the international focus of our business, seeing new places and meeting new people, but I do also enjoy some rather British pursuits, namely soccer, rugby and very real ale.
