Improving my net promoter score
Net promoter score – or NPS – is a simple, yet effective, method of measuring customer satisfaction. It is based on the premise that satisfaction will convert to a recommendation.
So how can you improve it?
- Ensure the drivers of internal net promoter scores are in place – how do our employees feel about working here and doing this job?
- Consider on the job coaching, challenging, sharing, reward, recognition and fun
- If you do this the Customer NPS takes care of itself
